Michelle achieved Magna Cum Laude status and received the Evan M. Maletsky Mathematics Student Teacher award while completing her undergraduate degree from Montclair State University and is currently pursuing her master's degree. Prior to coming to MKA, Michelle served as a high school math teacher in Pompton Lakes, where she taught a range of courses from Algebra I and Geometry to Advanced Placement Statistics. 

Outside of the classroom, Michelle enjoys walking, visiting science and art museums and watching nature documentaries. When travelling, she prefers major or historic cities in the United States.
