Curricular Enrichment
A hallmark of an independent school education is the availability of enrichment opportunities to enhance the academic experience. At MKA, students enjoy a wide array of such opportunities, from all-class travel experiences such as the 8th grade social studies trip to Williamsburg and the Junior Class US History trip to Washington D.C., to meaningful, student-driven service learning opportunities at each campus. In addition, every year sees exciting international travel offerings, that may include an Upper School science trip to Bermuda, a trip to France for Middle School foreign language students, or a spring break trip to a Habitat for Humanity project.
