Summer Programs

MKA offers two extremely popular summer camps for students of all ages and interests. Reflecting the school's commitment to excellence, these programs make full use of MKA's extensive facilities, provide qualified, professional staff members and counselors, and have a loyal camper following, with over 80% of campers returning each summer. More information on each camp can be found under the sidebars to the right.

Brookside Day Camp, for students ages 4-10, takes place at the Brookside Primary School campus which has its own outdoor swimming pool.

MKA's S.T.A.R. Camp for students in grades 1-8 takes place at the Middle School campus, and uses the Upper School's indoor pool and all-weather field for athletic offerings, as well as the Middle School auditorium and art rooms for theatre, dance and the arts.

In addition, a week-long Jazz Jam program that offers master classes and experience in working with a jazz ensemble for students in grades 5-8 is offered during the first week of August at the Middle School campus
