Congratulations to both the MKA Varsity Golf Team and the MKA Boys' Tennis Team, each of whom captured Prep B Championships in the past few days.
On May 17, the Varsity Golf Team, under Head Coach Jeff Beer, captured the NJ Prep B Golf Championship at the Peddie School in Hightstown, NJ. The team was led by Ian Notkin '14 (79) and Greg Hulse '14 (80) who took 2nd and 3rd place individual honors in the Prep B Division.
On May 21, the Boys' Varsity Tennis Team, under Head Coach Val Azzoli, captured the NJ Prep B Tennis State Championship at Inman Racquet Club in Edison, NJ. The Cougars won the title with 9 overall points over Princeton Day who finished second with 5 points. Capturing individual flight championships were Harry Shepherd '15 (2nd Singles), Vineet Champaneria '15 (3rd Singles) and Alex Pai '15 and Joel Battsek '13 (1st Doubles). This is the Cougars third championship in the last four years
