John has extensive experience in the training of independent school development offices across the nation in the area of data management.  He spent 10 years as Associate Superintendent of Schools for Technology in one of New Jersey's largest school systems and has also served as a private high school principal in New York and New Jersey.  Since 1988, John has taught both classroom and online courses in the Graduate School of Education at Seton Hall University.

As COO of a NJ based wealth management company, John helped grow a small regional office into one which was absorbed by a national firm. He was also the COO of an NYC based health foundation with international outreach.

John caught the travel bug immediately after college while teaching in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.  Having visited 49 of the US states and all the provinces and territories of Canada, he regularly travels to Europe and the Caribbean.  Greece, Egypt and eastern Africa remain on his bucket list.
