Missing keyboard keys or other keyboard problems

If you are missing any keyboard keys, visit the Tech Center to see if any replacements are available. If not, someone will provide instructions for ordering replacement keys, and a member of the Tech Department will  install the replacement keys.

If you are having other keyboard issues, check your System Preferences to make sure that you don't have alternate settings enabled that may impact how your keyboard functions.
