Mr. Bekteshi comes to us directly from the Notre Dame School of Manhattan, where he was a chemistry teacher and JV soccer coach. While at Notre Dame, he was also a Youth Soccer Coach for the New York Red Bulls. He had a long career teaching in London before coming to the States in 2018, including stops at Pimlico Academy, Lambeth Academy, the Hamstead School, and Wren Academy, where he taught all levels of chemistry, including running the Chemistry program at Lambeth. At MKA, Mr. Bestecki will teach AP Chemistry and Chemistry 1 SRH, co-advise ninth graders with Dr. Tuazon, and coach MS boys soccer.
