Other Athletic Accomplishments: 1980-82 – NJ State Champions – Clifford Scott High School. 1000 point scorer – Franklin Pierce College; 2-time All conference player in college. In 2014, Coach Jones celebrated his 200th team career win.

  • Tony Jones
    Tony spent eight years as a pharmaceutical production supervisor at Hoffman-Laroche Pharmaceuticals before becoming a science teacher. Tony taught at Don Bosco Technical High School in Paterson and at Bishop Francis Essex Catholic High School, where he was also Director of Admissions and a guidance counselor. In addition to teaching science, Tony is a basketball coach. He was the Head JV basketball and assistant basketball coach at Bishop Francis Essex and is the Head Varsity basketball coach at MKA. Tony was awarded the 2019 Founder's Cup for Teaching Excellence by the MKA Alumni Association in recognition of his years in the classroom, the hallways, and on the sidelines and the positive impact he has made on the community as a whole. When not teaching or coaching, Tony enjoys reading.
