How to create a Help Desk ticket

Go to the Pencil menu and choose Help Desk which will direct you to http://helpdesk.mka.org.

Log in with your MKA username and password (same as Moodle & Google).

Use the dropdown menus to specify your problem, and then enter the details in text area.

Visit the Tech Center to follow up on your ticket or to check on the status.
