Pre-Order Visiting Author Books

Use this order form to purchase any books that you would like to buy from the visiting authors, whether for a student, or as a gift for someone. Please complete one (1) form per MKA student in order to ensure proper delivery on each campus. Payment will be collected at the end of the form via credit or debit card.

Please note that no personal message requests can be entered as part of the book dedications, only names. Personalized Books are not returnable. All sales are final. 

• Primary School Students - Must use this form for any visiting author (any campus) books that they wish to purchase. Make sure you pre-order books for your student(s) in order to guarantee they are signed by the author. 
• Middle & Upper School Students - Students may purchase presenting author books on their campus using their student charge account. Make sure you pre-order books for your student(s) in order to guarantee they are signed by the author. 
• Books for non-MKA students- Must use this form for any visiting author books that they wish to purchase. If you are ordering books for a non-MKA student, please add them to an existing order.
