On December 3, Upper School students held the first of a series of White Privilege and Allyship Workshops. Led by Student Diversity Leadership Committee seniors Riley Rendino and Leah Glaser, these virtual workshops offer white-identifying students and faculty at the Upper School the opportunity to explore privilege, educate themselves, and consider how to become more actively anti-racist. These workshops help students build off the conversations started following this summer’s student-led anti-racism summer reading, as well as our ongoing Conversation Circles for all community members.
