Caspar Turck ’25 Captures NJSIAA State Sabre Championship

Congratulations to Caspar Turck ’25 who captured the NJSIAA Sabre State Championship this past weekend at the NJSIAA Fencing State Individual Championship. Caspar is MKA’s first Fencing State Champion in 23 years. Head Coach Derek Morf said, "As a two-year captain in his junior year, Caspar has always worked hard to improve not only his skills but also those of his teammates. At the Championships, Caspar was clinical from the start, going undefeated through the first two rounds and finishing the championship round 5-1." Ethan Huang ’25 also placed in the competition capturing 4th overall in Sabre.
