Girls’ Lacrosse Earns Second Consecutive State Championship Title
Congratulations to Head Coach Chelsea Goss and the MKA Varsity Girls’ Lacrosse team (21-2) who captured their second consecutive NJSIAA Non-Public B State Championship with a 13-11 win over Holy Spirit. The Back to Back State Champion Cougars also set a Girls’ Lacrosse program record with their 21st win of the season.
This strong team was led by senior tri-captains Orly Sedransk in goal, Ava Moore, and Aeryn Curren. Coach Goss earned her 100th career victory this spring and had a terrific squad composed of veteran and young players who finished a splendid season and became one of the Top 30 teams in the final state rankings. We look forward to seeing the growth and continued success of the team in 2025.
