Tim White Named New Jersey’s “Coach of the Year” for Girls’ Indoor Track

MKA Head Varsity Indoor Track Coach Tim White was named the nj.com Girls’ Indoor Track "Coach of the Year" for all schools and all groups across the entire State. Coach White helped lead the Varsity Girls’ Indoor Track Team to their first ever NJSIAA Non-Public B State Title in program history and led the Cougars to their second NJ Prep State Championship in a row. He shared, “We certainly had some terrific [individual] runners that helped, but it was a balanced effort across the board that got us the title.” The Cougars have had a longstanding history of strength in distance events, and Coach White built around that tradition of excellence. With his vision put into practice this past winter, the team was solid throughout, and it was this “complete team effort” in the roster that he said brought success.
