Time flies! I can not believe 12 days went away so fast! From last summer when I worked in the Terracotta museum to now, the last day of our China Trip, I have completed a long but meaningful journey. From homestay arrangement to visas, from each meal to each “head count”, from flight cancellation to “He laoshi, I will take Chinese in my senior year”, I experienced and learnt a lot from this trip.

All the time I tell myself I need keep two things in mind: the first is safety-besides all what we should do according to the global trip policy of MKA, I asked favor from my friends, so Yili, Rachel, Tiger (in Xi’an)and Mr. Shen (in Beijing)are around us besides the local tour guides, Mr. Hessler and me. In case we have emergency, more reliable adults are around us to help. I am proud that all people we met said our MKA students are nice and polite so more of my friends want to join and help! The second is good activities. Actually in every single day our trip has highlights rather than sightseeing. Besides the homestay and museum project, we went to see Giant Panda’s real life(unopened for tourists), attend cooking and Kungfu class in the No. 1 famous school in Beijing , tea ceremony, visit Mao’s meusolium, local people’s (instead of tourists’) restaurants, etc. here I attach some pictures for these cheerful and memorable moments.

I am thankful to all the team members (amazing team for both trip and mafia:)!!)and families ( I appreciate your trust)and of course to my colleague and friend, Mr. Hessler, for our perfect collaboration: your passion for Chinese culture will encourage me to work harder for our MKA China trip in the future.
