STUDENT

“What I love most about MKA is that there are no bounds on our potential. There are no boxes we are confined to. It is not only accepted but encouraged to discover our passions and find what sparks our curiosity.”

Nate Chou

Grade 12
FACULTY

“The biggest thing that keeps me at my growing edge is just collaboration with my colleagues. It makes every day exciting and fun. I love MKA’s focus on professional development and I always want to be contributing to that in an active way. We’re all resources to each other; it keeps you on top of your game and wanting to always better yourself and your craft.”

Brittany O'Neill

Third Grade Teacher
PARENT

“For prospective parents, you have to think about the type of person you want to produce at the end of your child’s school journey. Academics are the baseline, but there’s a broader consideration of the future adults you want to come out of this educational experience. If you want someone who is thoughtful and who thinks about others and society, MKA is a great place for that.”

STUDENT

“MKA has helped me grow by giving me opportunities to push myself within math, science, and all my other subjects. I feel like I'm getting the best education possible here.”

Frankie Sasso

Grade 8
ALUMNI

“MKA saw me before I fully saw myself. The teachers didn't just know my name—they knew my curiosities, ambitions, and even my insecurities. Whether I was in a classroom, nervous about a tennis match, or figuring out harmonies for an upcoming performance, there was always an adult who believed in me and a community that had my back. That foundation of being truly known gave me the courage to take risks later in life.”

Dillon Carrol

Class of 2016
PARENT

“During his junior year, when my son was having a hard time, he felt that he had a safe place to go and talk about it. MKA does that really well, encouraging you to get to know your teachers and use that time. That’s a great feeling for a parent—to know you have someone on your child’s side to help advocate for them.”
