This website was developed to support any school leader who has been asked to facilitate a hiring process. It aims to help us provide a coherent, consistent, and time-efficient tri-campus hiring experience. Please consult the various resources as you move through the hiring process. ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
The digital form found at www.mka.org/afe should be emailed to candidates to allow them to complete it before they visit campus. The results of completed forms will go to Cris Junquera, who can then send the results to the appropriate Campus Head. Additionally, and ideally, the results can also be funneled into a database that can be used more generally for HR purposes.
The form could also be used for inquiries. If someone is interested in working at MKA, and we do not currently have a job available, he/she can fill out the form. As jobs open up, we can reference prior inquiries to see if any strong candidates, who have already expressed interest in the school, are available.
