Cheers for MKA's Cheerleading Squad!

 Congratulations to MKA's Cheerleading Squad who won first place at the SEC Colonial Division competition held at Bloomfield High's "Cheer for the Cure" event last night; an event that attracted 16 high school teams from Essex County.

Led by Coach Teri Butler and senior co-captains Briana Crilley and Deja Lightly, the squad (Rachel Notkin '14, Rebecca Enight-Schur '14, Jillian  Jones '15, Caityn Coyle '15, Nicola Paese '15, Sarah Botwinick '15, Mallory Pease '16, Sadie Stuart '16, Kate Florin '16, Jayme Ross- Trevor '16, Francesca Cherchio '16, Cameron Brady '17, Sarah Coffel '17 and Morgan Zaref '17) competed against four other schools, including Montclair High School, to take the Colonial Division - a title they last held in 2011.
