Ethan Gross '19 Selected as a Finalist for a 2019 National Merit Scholarship

Montclair Kimberley Academy is proud to announce that Senior and West Orange resident, Ethan Gross, has been selected as a Finalist for a 2019 National Merit Scholarship. Only about 15,000 students of the 1.6 million who entered the competition were named Semifinalists. In order to advance in the competition and be considered for a Merit Scholarship award, a Semifinalist had to become a Finalist by fulfilling several requirements that included submitting a detailed scholarship application and presenting a record of very high academic performance. Ethan joins other academically talented students in consideration for a National Merit Scholarship, and we wish him the best as we wait to hear results this spring.
