James Tsatsaros is chosen to participate in The New Jersey Governor's School in the Sciences!

27 April 2017

The New Jersey Governor's School in the Sciences is a prestigious, 3-week residential program where students are immersed in college-level scientific research. This program exposes students to a range of topics, as well as to scientists, and offers opportunities for research using industrial, governmental, and academic resources.

The program brings together about 50 gifted rising seniors from throughout the state for an intensive learning experience, held during the summer on a university campus in New Jersey. The curriculum includes neurobiology, cell biology, physics, chemistry, and math. Students also take a laboratory course that offers innovative experiments and hands-on experience. Evening speakers, from both industrial and academic viewpoints, allow a glimpse into doing science and provide a foundation for real-world considerations.

For the first time in five years, one of MKA's candidates has been chosen to participate. Please join me in congratulating: James Tsatsaros
