MKA Announces the Appointment of New Trustees
MKA Board President Michael Johnson recently announced the appointment of five new Trustees: David Crichlow, Carolyn Everson, Luke Sarsfield ‘91, Linda Sterling and Jeffrey Szilagyi.
David Crichlow received a BA from Hofstra University and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a partner in the New York firm of Katten Munchin Rosenman LLP and serves on the boards of the New York Legal Aid Society and the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. He and his wife have two children who attend MKA, a son in 11th grade and a daughter in 8th grade.
Carolyn Everson received a BA from Villanova University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is Vice President of Global Marketing Solutions for Facebook and is active in the Free the Children organization. She and her husband have twin daughters in MKA's 5th grade.
Luke Sarsfield III, MKA Class of 1991, received his AB from Harvard and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a Partner and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co and a former Board Chair of Literacy, Inc. He and his wife have a son entering second grade and a daughter entering Kindergarten in Manhattan.
Linda Sterling received a BA and an MBA from Duke University and is an active volunteer for numerous organizations including MKA (having chaired the Spring Fundraiser, Internship Auction and College Counseling Office Liaison) and TEAM Academy, the Montclair Art Museum and cancer research charities. Linda and her husband have two children – a daughter in the Class of 2012 and a son who is an MKA senior.
Jeffrey Szilagyi received both a BS and an MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a Partner and quantitative strategist with Blue Mountain Capital, LLC, an investment management company. He and his wife have three children – their two sons are in MKA’s third and seventh grades.
