MKA Empowers the Fine and Performing Arts With a New Dance Studio
Monica Elmore, Middle School Dance teacher, feels truly blessed to work at a school such as Montclair Kimberley Academy that places a huge emphasis on students receiving a well-rounded education. “To my surprise, I was elated when Mr. Nammack, Mr. Sunshine and Dr. Kleinman informed me that the school was interested in building a state of the art dance studio for the Middle School program.” With the new studio in place, Monica and her students not only have a beautiful new space to work in but also are looking forward to creating choreographic dances. According to Elmore, “This new facility will allow me to fully develop the performing arts program by adding more units of study to my curriculum. The dance studio will also serve as a huge attraction to prospective families that are interested in their children receiving a quality performing arts education.”
