MKA Ethics Program has New Direction for the Year
"What should an ethics program look like in a 21st century school?" This is the question that will provide a specific focus for the MKA Ethics Program in the new school year.
Kerry Verrone, Tri-Campus Ethics Coordinator, explains: "Having one specific focus will enable us to connect everything we do and provide a context. We will continue to look to this guiding question as we assess what we have done and what more we can do to help this program grow. Where does ethics fit into today’s schools, and what does it and should it look like at MKA? What are we doing right, and what needs to be done? These and other related questions will be considered throughout the year in faculty meetings, student group discussions, “Moral Conversations”, and online forums."
