MKA Girls' Indoor Track Team Wins Back to Back Championships
Congratulations to Head Coach Tim White and the MKA Varsity Girls’ Indoor Track Team who captured the NJSIAA Non-Public B State Championship this week in Toms River, NJ!
Scoring athletes included:
- Remy Ronen ‘23 - (1st place- 400, 2nd place- 55)
- Maggie Horn ‘24 - (2nd place- 1600, 3rd place- 3200)
- Mila Huang ‘26 - (1st place- Pole Vault)
- Becca Herrick ‘23 - (2nd place- 800, 5th place 3200)
- Kellen Ievers ‘24 - (4th place- Shot Put)
- Maggie Hedberg ‘24 - (5th place- High Jump)
- 4x400 Team - 1st place
- Remy Ronen ‘23, Milagros Carbajal-Diaz ‘24, Olga Shadarivska ‘24, Mila Huang ‘26
On Wednesday, February 22 the team brought home their second title in six days, winning the NJ Prep B Indoor Track Championship in Toms River, NJ. This is their 2nd consecutive NJ Prep Indoor State Title.
