MKA Junior Places 1st in the North American Computational Linguistics Open Competition

Congratulations to Michael Cai  ’23 on his outstanding accomplishments in the North American Computational Linguistics Open Competition this year. Earlier this semester, Michael placed 1st in the State of New Jersey on the Open Competition, thereby qualifying to participate in the Invitational Round. In the Invitational Round, Michael placed 54th overall and 1st again in the State of New Jersey. This is the second year in a row in which a student from MKA’s Upper School placed 1st in the state in the Invitational Round. Congratulations, Michael!
