MKA Sophomore Qualifies for National Forensic League Tournament
Many congratulations to MKA sophomore Benjamin Wallach who qualified for the National Forensic League national tournament in Lincoln-Douglas debate this past weekend.
Wallach achieved a record of 6-1 in the qualifying tournament, a performance that places him as one of the top three Lincoln-Douglas debaters in the New Jersey district; a particularly impressive feat given that he defeated some of the top debaters in the state.
Wallach is only the third MKA student in recent times to qualify for nationals (the others being Kerry Bishé in 2002 and Alexa Semonche in 2010).
