MKA Strings Program to Perform at Carnegie Hall

MKA’s Strings Program will perform at their annual Gala Concert, Opus, at the prestigious Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall in New York City on Saturday, May 18th, 2013 at 3:00 p.m.
Over 100 students from all three campuses will take part in the performance that will include major masterworks by Mozart, Beethoven and Mendelssohn. Prior to their Carnegie Hall appearance, Middle and Upper School strings students will perform at the “Music in the Parks” festival at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ on Friday, May 3.
