MKA Students Featured in Online News Sites

Two local online news sites have recently highlighted some MKA students.

The MKA Primary School's efforts to make 276 origami cranes to assist in relief efforts in Japan was featured in Baristanet last week, while MKA 8th grader Ben Rapsas was the featured student writer on the Montclair Patch site this weekend with his nonfiction piece about Facebook that was part of the recent 8th grade nonfiction reading and writing unit.  Also making an appeatance on Montclair Patch was 8th grader Michael Miller who recently qualified for the NJ State Spelling Bee finals.
