MKA's Annual Giving appeal is approaching $1.1 million!

16 April 2014

Thanks to the generosity and support of the entire MKA community, MKA’s 2013-14 Annual Giving appeal has now raised nearly $1.1 million towards a goal of $1.4 million by the end of the fiscal year on June 30th. Last year, more than 80% of parents, faculty and employees, along with thousands of alumni, supported the many programs that help distinguish MKA as a leader among independent schools.

As Headmaster Tom Nammack says, "Annual Giving supports those aspects of our school that keep learning engaging, challenging and productive. It helps moderate tuition, keeps class size small and ensures that MKA maintains a diverse student body to benefit from an exceptional education."

Annual Giving is a cornerstone of MKA’s Future Forward campaign that includes plans for expanded and renovated facilities, increased endowment and significant growth in unrestricted support.  Through this effort, the future health of the school will be guaranteed and the tradition of filling MKA’s classrooms, stages and athletic fields with the best educators and coaches maintained.
