More Successes for MKA Teams!

Congratulations to the MKA Varsity Baseball Team who defeated Newark Academy 17-7 in the NJ Prep B State Championship yesterday (May 14) in Flemington, NJ.  The team was led by a great pitching performance by Ryan DeMartino ('09) and Taylor Sutton's ('09) walk-off three run home run in the bottom of the 5th to ensure the 10 run win.

And congratulations to members of the MKA golf team, Christine Silen, Joe Mallock, Will Johnson, Matt Kraus, and Steve Piela, who took second place in the NJ Prep B Championships held at Peddie School, finishing five strokes behind Morristown Beard and 3 strokes ahead of Newark Academy.  Joe Mallock and Matt Kraus both had personal bests, and Joe Mallock took individual 5th place in the Prep B division with an 82.
