New MKA Parents Welcomed To the Community

On Tuesday, August 26, the Parents' Association of Montclair Kimberley Academy (PAMKA), together with the MKA Admissions Office, welcomed new parents for the 2014-15 school year at a reception held at the Headmaster's Home. Over 150 parents - both those new to MKA and their assigned host families - attended the event and enjoyed the opportunity to get to know one another a little better before the start of school.

This reception is just one aspect of a New Parent-Host Parent Liaison program run by PAMKA that matches incoming families with current families to provide support, answer questions and ease parents and students transitions to the MKA community.
