New Trustees Named to the Board

Michael P. Friezo is an investment banker with Deutsche Bank. He received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian university and an MBA from Rice University where he is a member of the Jones Graduate School Council of Overseers. Friezo is currently Director and Treasurer of the Montclair-Glen Ridge-Nutley American Red Cross. He and his wife have two daughters who attend MKA, one in 6th grade and one in 10th grade.

Kate M. Logan is President and CEO of the consulting firm Logan & Company, Inc. She received a bachelor’s degree from Salve Regina College and is Co-Chair of the International Women’s Insolvency Confederation, New Jersey Chapter. She and her husband have two sons attending the MKA Middle School, one in 7th grade and one in 8th grade.

Alexandra K. Nolan joins the Board as the newly elected President of the MKA Parents’ Association, following many years of service for PAMKA. She received a bachelor’s degree from Smith College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. A keen tennis player and avid horsewoman, she and her husband are the parents of three sons, two who are MKA alums from the Classes of 2005 and 2007 and a current MKA junior.

Jonathan M. Strain is a Managing Director with CMBS Capital Markets. He received his bachelor’s degree in management studies from Brown University and is a member of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association Board of Governors. Strain is a Head Coach for Montclair Junior Lacrosse and he and his wife have three children attending MKA, a son in 10th grade and twin boys in 5th grade.
