Two Seniors make the National Field Hockey High School Academic Squad

Congratulations to MKA seniors Paige Barrett and Jane Stanton who have been selected to the 2008 National Field Hockey Coaches Association High School National Academic Squad.  To be eligible for nomination, candidates had to be a significant senior member of/contributor to their high school Varsity team, and have earned a cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0.

"This is such a great honor for these girls" noted Varsity Field Hockey Coach and Essex County Coach of the Year Injoo Han "as well as for our entire athletic program that works to promote the ultimate student-athlete. These two girls exemplify what it means to be a student-athlete at MKA."
