Han Named Essex Co. Field Hockey Coach of the Year

Congratulations to MKA's varsity field hockey coach Injoo Han, who has been named The Star Ledger Essex County Field Hockey Coach of the Year.  Han, who just completed her third season in this role, is also the Assistant Director of Athletics at MKA.

Heading into the NJSIAA North Jersey Section 1, Group 1 tournament as the seventh seeds, Han guided the team to the NJ Prep "B" state finals and NJSIAA state sectional final for the first time since 2001.

Also recognized by the Ledger were juniors Mallory McDonagh and Katie Arena, named to the All-Essex Field Hockey Second Team and Marion Nammack, named to the All-Essex Third team.
