MKA Girls' Field Hockey Takes Second Straight Championship

Congratulations to the Varsity Field Hockey Team (16-4-1) and Coach Injoo Han who captured their second straight NJ Prep B State Championship yesterday, defeating Morristown Beard 4-0.  The team was led by Paige Pacifico '14 who had three goals on the day, and goalie Mollie Peek '14 who recorded the shutout.  This is the Cougars fourth NJ Prep B State title in the last six years.

It was also a great season for Volleyball and Boy's Soccer - the Girls' Volleyball Team captured a share of the SEC Liberty Division title and got to the finals of the NJ Prep Championship, falling short to Mt. St. Dominic. While the Boys' Varsity Soccer Team (9-7-1) fell to a tough Gill St. Bernard's squad in the NJ Prep B State Championship game in Gladstone, NJ.
