MKA Sophomore Receives NSLI-Y Scholarship

Congratulations to MKA sophomore Kassandra Fotiadis, the recipient of a prestigious American Councils for International Education NSLI for Youth Scholarship to study the Turkish language in Bursa, Turkey this summer.

The selection process for NSLI-Y Scholarships is extremely rigorous, and the six-week program includes 20 hours of formal language instruction per week, as well as experiential learning through cultural activities, volunteer work and accommodation with a volunteer host family.
